Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.


Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 Business days

Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.


If you have order contains multiple items, you may receive different shipments. We apologize in advance for any shipping delays that inconvenience you. Shipping is out of our control.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

30 Days Easy Return/Exchange

We make every effort to ensure our products are packaged and shipped to arrive in excellent condition. We understand there are sometimes unavoidable circumstances that require you to return or exchange your order item. 

We request that you please thoroughly inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to correct the problem.

All Clearance items are non-returnable. All sales on clearance items are final.

Return/Exchange Guidelines

To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow these guidelines:

1: Contact customerservice@halesol.com to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days of your order receipt. We will not accept returned package without authorized from customer service.

2 : We accept return requests when there are quality issues with our products. Please allow for variances in color and sizes, this is inevitable.

3 : All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the panty protective strip intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

4 : Please return your item(s) through your local post office, include your filled-out return/exchange authorization form in your return package. Anything lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.

5 : Once we have received the returned package, we will send out an email notification and arrange an exchange or a refund within 7 business days.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@yoursite.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information within 24 hours of placing your order. Notify us via email at customerservice@halesol.com. We are only able to make corrections within the 24 hour period.

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
